Ch 80
Hdc in second st from hook, continue hdc across. Ch 1, turn.
Sc in first st, dc in same st, skip next st. Repeat across.
Repeat row 2 until 40 rows.
Fold in half, sc top tog
Add button and loop. Add elastic at back approx 8 rows from bottom.
